These terms cover this website and the software made by North3, an independent developer based in Bangladesh. In these terms, "I" and "me" mean North3. By using the website or the software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Using the website
You may browse and read this website for personal use. Please do not try to break it, overload it or copy it as a whole.
Software licence
When you download or buy my software, I give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may not resell it, share licence keys, or remove any licence checks. If an app comes with its own licence terms, those terms also apply.
The software, its code, design and content belong to me. Your licence does not transfer ownership.
Purchases
Direct purchases are handled by a reseller such as Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. That means the reseller processes the payment, charges any tax and issues your receipt, under its own terms. Purchases through Google Play follow Google Play's terms.
Prices are shown before you pay. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Astrology results
My astrology software calculates charts from the details you enter. Interpretations are for information and personal interest only. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Please do not make important decisions based only on them.
No warranty
I work hard to make my software accurate and reliable, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, I do not promise that it will be free of errors or work without interruption, or that results will be exact.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the website or software. If I am found liable, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid me for the software in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How I handle your data is explained in the privacy policy and in each app's own privacy policy.
Changes
I may update these terms. When I do, I will change the effective date at the top. The terms in place when you bought something apply to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
