Privacy policy

This policy covers the website at north3labs.com. It is run by North3, an independent developer based in Bangladesh. In this policy, "I" and "me" mean North3.

Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its page under Apps.

The short version

• This website does not use cookies.
• It has no analytics, no trackers, no ads and no third-party scripts.
• It does not load fonts or other files from other companies.
• I do not sell or share your personal data.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes basic technical data about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. I do not use this to identify you. Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy.

Email

If you email me at [email protected], I receive your email address and your message. I use them only to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversation. Mail to this address is forwarded by Cloudflare to my personal email inbox, which is provided by Google.

You can ask me to delete your emails at any time.

Purchases

When paid software is available, purchases go through a store such as Lemon Squeezy or Google Play. The store handles checkout and payment under its own privacy policy. It may share basic order details with me, such as your name, email address and what you bought. I use these only to provide the software, support and refunds, and to keep records the law requires. I never see your card details.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I will update this page and the effective date at the top.
